What do you think what is your answer to the question?
Honestly, you shouldn’t place a time limit on change. Its unrealistic to place such pressure on yourself to mold into this ideal person by this specific date and time. You are a human not a assignment that had be finished by a particular deadline and even then that takes time. I don’t know how to answer this question because there is no three month work out there that is specifically tailored to improving yourself. You have individuals that improve within weeks, days, hours even years. I personally believe that it is solely up to the person willingness to improve. It starts in the head like many things. If a person is not serious about improving their life then no improvements will be taking place. But then again what necessarily are people trying to improve on. By definition what does a person view as improvements? I mean is this person trying to learn a new language? Is this person exercising and trying to lose weight or gain and build muscles? Is this person trying to learn a sport? What improvements can a person be doing to better their overall life?
What I am trying to say is that there are numerous ways to better yourself. Depending on the person what area of their life needs bettering and what do they believe will get them from where they are now, to where they want to be.
